Fuquan's impact on others is a big part of his identity. He is an educator, organizer, crisis manager and mentor to many; inside and outside of prison.

 

For over 26 years Fuquan has been dedicated to liberating people mentally in order to physically free them from the institutional and structural racism that are intentionally designed to profit from their circumstances.
